Who is Senior Aerospace Weston?

Senior Aerospace Weston, located in Lancashire, England, is a leading supplier of a wide range of complex precision machined components, and sub- assemblies for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs’) predominantly in the commercial aviation market sector. Our experience and core capabilities support multiple segments of an aircraft’s build, including the manufacture of engine compressor and fan components, engine pylon mounting brackets, pintles, wing ribs and associated aero-structure components. What does the job involve?

Operating CNC Lathes and Mills

What will my responsibilities include?

  • Convert raw materials (Titanium, Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloy) and purchased parts into saleable manufactured products, using production tooling and machinery and in accordance with relevant engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.

What key skills and experience do I need?

  • Must demonstrate ability to operate CNC lathes and mills
  • Candidate must be computer literate with knowledge of applications related to machining

What qualifications should I have?

  • Necessary experience to operate CNC forming machinery, manufacturing parts for the Aerospace Industry.
  • Setting new and repeat work

Shifts: 0600-1400/1400-2200 weekly rotating - 37 hours per week
