Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Entering and updating data in the ERP system. Responsible for running daily reports, pulling data from customer portals and print and route job travelers. Provide statistical PO information daily to management.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities requested by supervisor. Job duties and requirements may change as required by needs of Company.
Essential Duties in Order of Priority

Entering PO into ERP system and create job folder to be routed to Planning department

2.
Check PO for pricing, lead times, revisions, quantity, ship to address and terms and conditions

3.
Pull customer PO’s from customer portal and record onto daily log and upload into docuWare
Daily
4.
Pull and review all PO changes, enter into ERP system or send to Account Executive
Daily
5.
Print, file, and route job travelers
Daily
6.
Export data from KPI and ERP system for reporting purposes
Daily
7.
Respond verbal and written requests for information from internal sources
Daily
8.
Prepare, maintain, process, review and compile a variety of reports
Daily
9.
Provide statistical PO data accurately and timely to management
Daily
10.
Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate

QUALIFICATIONS: (minimum required to perform and be successful in this position)
• Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
Three years of customer service within an office environment
• Experience/knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, etc:
Requires working knowledge of computer, scanner, facsimile machine and copier
• Communication and Language skills:
Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and written
• Mathematical skills:
Requires basic arithmetic skills sufficient to perform basic calculations
• Computer Skills:
Requires intermediate PC skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Reasoning ability:
Requires ability to assess facts and develop conclusions

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
This position receives daily instructions from management. Work is reviewed on an as needed basis depending on project or task
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory authority over others

Ability to solve problems on their own in an effective manner as well as knowing when to seek assistance from team members and/or manager
INTERACTION WITH OTHERS (INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY):
