POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for providing effective customer service to assigned customers by using knowledge of the company and products and services. The AE interacts with customers as well as internal staff to provide information in response to questions and concerns through e-mail, phone and face-to-face. The AE is innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common account problems. This position is part of a team that continues to develop current business relationships and ensure client satisfaction to grow existing and new revenue for the company. The AE provides detailed executive-level support to the Senior Manager of the Account Executive department.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works closely with the Account Executive and Manufacturing teams, ensuring order accuracy

Researches, collects and analyzes open order data to prepare reports and documents

Liaises with internal staff at all levels, as well as external clients

Performs administrative duties including (but not limited to) filing, copying and scanning

QUALIFICATIONS: (minimum required to perform and be successful in this position)
• Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
Three years of customer service within an office environment
Three years of experience coordinating accounts in the Aerospace manufacturing area

• Experience/knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, etc:
Requires working knowledge of computer, scanner, facsimile machine and copier
• Communication and Language skills:
Must be able to communicate and interact with employees at all levels of the organization both verbally and
written
• Mathematical skills:
Requires basic arithmetic skills sufficient to perform basic calculations
Requires some college level math skills for use in technical computations
• Computer Skills:
Requires intermediate PC skills
Requires intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Reasoning ability:
Requires ability to assess facts and develop conclusions
