Our 115,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is conveniently located on Route 1 in Sharon, Massachusetts.

What is the Position?
Under general direction execute diverse responsibilities that apply financial and accounting concepts to support financial reporting, financial analysis and account reconciliation requirements. This role will have direct responsibility for Accounts Receivable and Credit Management.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Provide financial support across the organization including sales, margin, expenditure and performance to budget analysis.
- Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations on all key balance sheet accounts.
- Support the capital expenditure process, including approvals, asset tagging and physical inventory.
- As the Accounts Receivable Analyst ensure daily cash application, regular credit checks and follow-up on delinquent accounts.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Complete an accurate month end close process for AR and any other assigned responsibilities.
- Support invoice and expense report entry into Oracle ERP system.
- Perform monthly credit card reconciliations.
- On an as needed basis, assist in payroll and accounts payable.
- Support the annual budget preparation process.
What Education and Qualifications are needed for the job?
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of three years related experience
