Senior Metal Bellows continues to refine and develop welded metal bellows technology and the integration of welded metal bellows into critical aerospace, semiconductor, medical, defense, and industrial applications. Our 115,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is conveniently located on Route 1 in Sharon, Massachusetts.

What is the Position?
Under direct supervision, perform various standard metallurgical and laboratory procedures required to examine destructive test samples to ensure compliance with all relevant quality and functional requirements.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Achieve and maintain appropriate Operator Authorization(s) as required.
- Work from drawings and other documented work instructions.
- Use assigned equipment and tools in the metallurgical laboratory.
- Prepare sample, perform metallographic evaluation and record results. Process rejections of non-conforming results.
- Evaluate welded, and formed samples for compliance with engineering and quality specifications.
- Perform welder certification analysis and maintain required records.
- Process, analyse and document engineering special requests.
- Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.
What Education and Qualifications are needed for the job?

- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
