Who is Senior Operations LLC?

Senior Operations LLC is the US Corporate office for Senior PLC, a UK based company.  We support 13 US locations in the oversite of the company offered benefits, HRIS programming/security, and assisting US Corporate associates.  The office is located in Bartlett, Illinois, and shares the building with our Bartlett manufacturing facility.  The corporate office has six employees on site.

What does the job involve?

You will report to the Director of Benefits and HRIS providing day to day support to ensure efficient and effective management of core benefits and schemes for our 13 US operating businesses.

What will my responsibilities include?

Benefits/HRIS Administration

  • Maintain and update benefits, security, and HRIS elements for 13 US operating businesses
  • Manage data collection requests and perform benefit related data analysis using MS Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other systems
  • Program and update annual enrolment settings in the Benefits system, including troubleshooting
  • Administration of ShareSave Scheme for US employees and other system driven benefit programs, for example, dependent verification program, COBRA, ACA
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement updates to HRIS to improve efficiencies

Customer Service

  • Maintain employee record, update various systems – HR, Benefits, Kallidus Learning, and Performance, and provide support documentation to Payroll
  • Generating standard letters/correspondence to support key processes
  • Support operating businesses with the provision of reports and data, for example, EEOC obligations
  • System implementation on any new HR program roll-outs

Compliance 

  • Coordinate document collection for 401k and pension plan audits
  • Support operating businesses with the provision of reports and data, for example, EEOC obligations

Project Management

  • Follow a disciplined approach to accomplishing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Able to complete projects as assigned by the immediate Manager, accurately, on-time and within budget

What key experience do I need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience in Human Resources Department
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in supporting benefits administration for multiple locations, Corporate setting desirable
  • Intermediate level MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, experience of internal communications desirable
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects
  • Previous HR systems experience, ADP Enterprise, and Health & Welfare Service Engine preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of employment benefits and applicable laws, regulations, etc.
