Senior Metal Bellows continues to refine and develop welded metal bellows technology and the integration of welded metal bellows into critical aerospace, semiconductor, medical, defense, and industrial applications. Our 115,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is conveniently located on Route 1 in Sharon, Massachusetts.

What is the Position?
Under general supervision, perform various routine building care, cleaning, and repair duties required to maintain the facilities, grounds, and equipment in safe and efficient operating condition as assigned by the manager/team leader.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance and assists other trade personnel in repairing plant facilities and equipment.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules as assigned.
- Assist other trades personnel with the repair of plant facilities and equipment using basic and power operated tools.
- Assist with the installation and relocation of equipment.
- Perform grounds-keeping duties required to maintain the parking lot and outside area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Perform a wide range of building care and cleaning duties for a variety of areas including manufacturing, offices, restrooms, corridors, stairs and elevator.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws pertaining to the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
What Education and Qualifications are needed for the job?
- Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions
- use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, and wiring diagrams
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ related facilities experience
- Moderate (up to 50 pounds) lifting required
