Who is Steico Industries?

What does the job involve?
Processing parts through end finish involves inspection of received parts, aqueous cleaning of parts and installation of fittings. Operators will use machines specific to the installation of the fitting being installed and pressure testing equipment to inspect fittings and welds for leaks after the installation of the fittings.
What will my responsibilities include?
- Aqueous clean parts.
- Previewing of jobs in end finish to insure parts are damage free and accounted for then organizing job for installation of fittings.
- Installation of Fittings per customer specifications using specific equipment based off of the type of fitting being installed.
- Checking parts to fixture or Data to insure parts are correct after fitting installation.
- Routing of parts to the next area based on job traveler.
- Backup functions for Pressure Test department when business needs demand.
- 5S + Safety requirements.
- Maintenance for the area.
- Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate.
What key skills and experience do I need?
- No experience necessary will train on process and how to use equipment
- Mechanically inclined a plus
What qualifications should I have?
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- None Required
- General knowledge manufacturing a Plus
- Mechanically inclined a plus
- Requires English verbal and written skills
