The Position:
The Quality QMS Coordinator position is a full-time role in the Quality engineering department. The job details managing Senior Bartlett's LPA software and document control systems for its' IATF and ISO certifications. The position will supervise the QA's on the production floor and coordinate their work schedules.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain LPA
- Continuous Improvement of the Quality Management System
- Maintain Quality documentation for current processes
- Responsible for Supervising Quality Auditors on the Production floor
- Will oversee the document control process
- Support to Quality Engineers in project work
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reporting
- Must be competent in using Microsoft Office applications and Mini-Tab is an advantage
- 6 S certification would be an advantage
- Must know basic Quality Management System
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Time management and organization skills
