What key skills and experience do I need?
- 3-5 years’ manufacturing industry experience

Blueprint/drawing interpretation, 3D modeling experience, fabrication and assembly experience

Ability to communicate, in English, respectfully and knowledgably, verbally and written, with co-workers and customers

Requires basic math skills. A strong understanding of Geometry is preferred

Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets – formulas, graphs and charts
- Metal Fabrication, Adaptability and Flexibility, Detail Oriented, Teamwork, Organized, and Critical Thinking
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
