GA Precision is a certified industry leader capable of producing various types of machined components for the Aerospace, Fuel Systems, Hydraulic Components and Swiss Round-Turn Markets. We are located in Franklin, WI.

What does the job involve?

Under the directions of plant supervision, the CNC Machine Operator produces parts, meeting or exceeding company production and quality standards and customer product specifications, and satisfying customer delivery requirements.

What will my responsibilities include?’

  • Operate assigned CNC machines to produce customer parts;
  • Perform basic machine adjustments;
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and tool care activities;
  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed.

What key skills and experience do I need?

  • Ability to operate a wide variety of precision measuring devices and to operate a wide variety of small hand tools;
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees of the organization;
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and or decimals;
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds;
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

You will be eligible for the full complement of Senior Flexonics GA Precision benefits, including 401(k) match up to 3.5% and profit sharing contributions (subject to the provisions of the benefit plan documents). Benefits are effective the first of the month after your date of hire. You will earn 10 vacation days (80 hours) annually.  Your vacation will be prorated and accrue 1.54 hours per week.

This offer is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, physical exam, as well as proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
