Logistics Operative

Purpose of Role: 

• To ensure finished components are packed and despatched in a timely manner, with correct paperwork. To maintain good customer service, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• To issue, check and sign C of C documentation as authorised in procedures
• Booking parts to stock after completing necessary checks
• Liaising with other departments as necessary with a focus on OTD (On Time Delivery)
• To assist with the routine operations of the despatch department and ensure the smooth running of the day to day functions
• To perform all reasonable requests made by management

• Good levels of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Good time keeper
