Customer Service Representative

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Communicate product offerings to customers.
• Respond to sales inquiries with accuracy, speed and effectiveness.
• Review contracts, address design and technical questions, project status updates.
• Log and follow-up on quotes, orders, shipping and other periodic reports.
• Maintain liaison and expedite other departments for quote and order fulfillment. 
• Develop knowledge of product lines, pricing, delivery time and other data as required.
• Maintain ownership and oversight of all customer requests and concerns until completed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience preferred.
• Fluency in other languages and/or international business experience a plus.
• Must be mechanically inclined with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated team play with ability to work with others in a fast paced environment. Dependable, hard-working, self starter with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Computer/software literacy a must, working knowledge of M2M advantageous.
