Who is Senior Aerospace Weston?
Senior Aerospace Weston, located in Lancashire, England, is a leading supplier of a wide range of complex precision machined components, and sub- assemblies for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs’) predominantly in the commercial aviation market sector. Our experience and core capabilities support multiple segments of an aircraft’s build, including the manufacture of engine compressor and fan components, engine pylon mounting brackets, pintles, wing ribs and associated aero-structure components. We aim to support our customers with a complete solution, including supply chain management and delivery of line-side kits where appropriate.
The Role
Our aim is to meet our customer's requirements to the highest standards of engineering quality. We are at the forefront of precision engineering technology and you will be working our purpose built factory based in Earby, Lancashire.
What does the job involve?
The assembly operative will be responsible for assembling engineered parts prior to delivery to Customer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install units, parts, equipment and components in structural assembly according to customer specifications, using hand and power tools
- Perform miscellaneous duties in the assembly area as directed
- Follow all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures
- Follow 5s procedures and work in an organised manner

Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions

Correctable vision that allows employee to perform accurate assembly work
Work Environment
Purpose built facility based in Earby, commutable from Yorkshire and Lancashire regions
Fast paced manufacturing environment
Working Hours
Weekly Rotating 0600/1400 - 1400-2200 M -T and 0600-1100 - 1100-1600 F - 37 hours per week.
