The stores person will undertake work in connection with the receipt and issuing of stores material
Key Accountabilities – Stores
- Take delivery of goods delivered with the use of FLT where required
- Ensure goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damages and quantity in line with company requirements
- All raw materials to be stored in an orderly and safe manner, maintaining traceability
- Pull materials out of stores when required and deliver to point of use in manufacturing
- Assist in the wrapping and packing of finished goods in preparation for despatch to sub contract suppliers and customers
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials onto vehicles to avoid any loss or damage
- Assist with raw material stock counts
- Other such general stores / warehouse duties required from time to time
General .
- Housekeeping and 5,s standard maintenance
- Safe and accurate storage of all documentation.
- 100% Health & Safety & PPE Adherence
These are the main duties and responsibilities however additional or a variation of tasks may be required to meet the needs of the business.
Hours of work are:
6am -2pm M-T 6am and 11am F/2pm - 10pm M-T and 11am to 4pm F 37 hours per week, weekly rotating.
